Seascape has operated an on-site real estate sales office since the early seventies.  It started out in one of the condominium homes, below the original model home.  Several years later it was moved to a separate building where Majestic Sun now sits.  Presently we are located on the property with the front desk and conference facilities.

Our primary goal is to accommodate our Seascape Homeowners and prospective homeowners.  

Frankie Henslee, our broker, has been a licensed Florida real estate agent since 1973.  She has been associated with Seascape for over 20 years.  Before coming to Seascape, Frankie worked on several projects in the area including; Sandestin, Hidden Dunes, Surfside, and Shoreline Realty.

Peggy Foster has been a sales associate with Seascape for approximately 15 years, moving to her Destin condominium from Michigan, and now residing permanently across the highway from Seascape on the Bay.
