Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11:00 am or before, units are not guaranteed before 4pm. You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation at Seascape, identification verifying proof of age will be required. Management will always strive to honor reservation requests for specific unit; however, due to owner changes, or maintenance problems, we can never guarantee a unit. Cancellation of any nightly or weekly reservation prior to 72 hours of arrival will result in a $40 fee. Any reservation cancelled within the 72 hour period will result in a 1 night rate charge. Sorry, no pets are allowed. This is strictly enforced. Management is not responsible for articles of value unless deposited in the safe deposit boxes provided by management. Rules and regulations of Seascape Resorts, inc. and Seascape Homeowners Association 1. Observe posted speed limits. 2. Park in paved areas only. Do not park on the grass 3. All RV’s, campers, boats, trailers, and oversized vehicles must be parked in the special lot next to the maintenance yard. 4. Do not leave villas unlocked. Theft, vandalism, or any other suspicious activity should be reported to a Courtesy Officer at once. 837-8137 5. Infants and small children must not be left unattended in villas. 6. No towels, bathing suits, or clothing are to be hung over the porch railings. Outside laundry lines are not permitted. 7. Porches and breezeways are not to be used as storage for ice chests, beach toys, rafts, bikes, grills, etc. 8. Do not remove any items, including furniture from one villa to another. 9. Florida law prohibits barbecuing on porches, patios, or breezeways. Grills must be used at a safe distance from the villas. Ashes, embers or and other smoldering residue must not be emptied in trash receptacles. 10. Trash and debris should be placed in the receptacles provided. 11. Pets are not allowed in the villas without the consent of the homeowners. Each pet owner must collect and dispose of the pet’s waste at once. Dogs on common grounds must be leashed at all times. 12. Feeding of wild animals is prohibited. 13. A Florida license is required to fish in the lakes. 14. No one may make for permit any disturbing noises in the villas that will interfere with the rights, comfort, or convenience of other tenants. 15. Swimming pool rules are posted and are strictly enforced. Observe proper attire on the tennis courts and the golf course. Do not wear spikes in the villas. Golf carts are restricted to the golf course. 16. All requests for maintenance services, emergency or otherwise, should be reported to Seascape Management at 837-9181. All homeowners and guests will comply with the Rules and Regulations as adopted by the HOA Board of Directors. Violations may result in loss of privileges or expulsion. |
