RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES IN ADDITION TO RENTAL RATES:
there is a mandatory nightly amenities fee of $10.00 for 1 bedroom
unit, $15.00 for 2 bedroom unit and $20.00 for 3 bedroom unit, which
entitles our guest to discounts on golf, tennis, beach service and
food. Eleven(11%) tax will be added to these charges. There is also a
mandartory departure cleaning fee of $47.50 for 1 bedroom, $67.50 for 2
bedrooms, and $87.50 for 3 bedrooms. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SEASCAPE RENTAL UNITS -THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a 1/2-day charge. Maximum occupancy in a one-bedroom condo is 4 persons, in a two-bedroom condo is 6 persons, and in a three-bedroom condo is 8 persons. RESERVATION REQUESTS: Management will strive to comply with all reservation requests for specific condominium units. However, due to owner changes, removing units from rental use, or mechanical problems, we cannot absolutely guarantee a specific condominium unit. RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY: Any reservation made for less than three nights will have an additional charge. One-bedroom $15.00 per night. Two-bedroom $20.00 per night. Three-bedrooms 30.00 per night. CANCELLATION: Cancellation of any nightly or weekly reservations prior to 72 hours of arrival will result in a $40.00 fee. Any reservation cancelled during the 72 hour period is charged one night stay. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES WILL BE OPTIONAL: A $20.00 charge for a 1 bedroom unit, $30.00 for a 2 bedroom unit and $40.00 for a 3 bedroom unit. Coin operated washers and dryers are located in the breezeway of every Golf Course Building. Majestic Sun, Phase 10, Lakefront, Boardwalk, and Tennis Village Units: the washers and dryers are in the individual units. Please bring towels for beach and pools. Guest requesting linen or towel exchange only, will be charged $5.00 per request. AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be 25 years of age to rent at Seascape Resort. Identification verifying proof of age will be required. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate the tenancy of anyone. |
