Here in the center of Florida’s fantastic Emerald Coast, amid the sugar white beaches and the crystal blue-green waters, is an oasis where everything has come together at the right time and in the right place. Realizing we could not improve upon the perfection of the Gulf’s sparkling emerald waters, we left it as it was and nestled our grounds just behind the coast’s tranquil beauty. Our deluxe condominium accommodations include Golf and Tennis Villas for the avid sports person, Lakefront and Boardwalk Villas, and the beach-front Majestic Sun twin tower high-rise, all just a seagull’s cry from the Gulf of Mexico.

Seascape Golf features an 18-hole championship Joe Lee designed golf course with numerous water features. Guests of Seascape are also invited to play our Emerald Bay Golf Club 18-hole course located just two miles west of Seascape on the north side of Emerald Coast Parkway. Both courses are full service facilities with a restaurant, practice range, rental clubs, professional lessons, and a pro shop stocked to meet your every need.

In addition to offering two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area, Seascape has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted courts and five swimming pools. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Seascape is one of only two resorts in the area that can offer groups onsite golf, tennis and beaches in addition to meeting and banquet facilities.

After a day spent splashing in the waves or just relaxing in the sun on our 2,000 feet of pristine sugar white beaches, playing the links, chasing down serves, Seascape provides a perfect second act at The Whale’s Tail Beach Bar & Grill. This legendary spot is located directly on the beach, and there is no better place in Destin to sip an exotic cocktail and watch the amazing Gulf sunsets. In addition, beachgoers will delight in the casual beachside dining which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
